Using the SAVI Model through Video and Peabody Media in Learning Arabic Speaking Skills

The purposes of this study were to find out how Arabic speaking skills taught at MTs. Darut Taqwa 02 Sengonagung Purwosari by applying the SAVI-based learning model, and determine effect students' outcomes after application SAVI model whether there differences between conventional models on skills. This used a quantitative approach, with quasi-experimental research design non-equivalent control group. subjects students class VII I, consisting 35 as experimental class, K, comprising 37 class. Several tests conducted, including descriptive test, normality paired sample t-tests, homogeneity independent t-test. results obtained through several showed an increase in average score pre-test (47.49) post-test (67.97). Additionally, comparison scores (67.97) (59.51) difference 8%. conclusion is that using video Peabody media for more influential than model.
